Congratulations to Ned Lamont!

Tuesday, Ned Lamont defeated Senator Joe Lieberman in the Connecticut Democratic Primary. Joe says he'll run for Senate in the general election anyway, as an Independent.

Bill Clinton supported Joe Lieberman in the primary. Now, I expect him to support Ned Lamont, the Democrat, because I remember what Bill Clinton said in Iowa in 2003:

"Go ahead, fall in love, be for somebody. But when the primary's over, let's fall in line and bring the White House back to our party."
